OVERVIEW
Female Founder World sits at the intersection of content, community and experiences to build the platform fuelling the growth of a rising generation of entrepreneurs.
We are looking for a New York-based Event and Programming Lead to own the end-to-end management of all Female Founder World live experiences, from large-scale conferences to intimate dinners and relaxed coffee shop coworking meetups, educational courses and programs, and virtual workshops.
This role ensures that every Female Founder World experience, partnership and program is impeccably organized, visually elevated, brand-aligned, and executed to the highest standards, both across partner/vendor communication and final creative execution on an event day. You will not just be an operations lead, but a custodian of the brand and host for our community, so taste and attitude matter.
You will work directly with the founder and CEO, and collaborate with a team of contractors and freelancers across timezones—including editorial contractors, the event producer, and the graphic designer—to ensure everyone delivers project contributions on time and to the highest standard.
-
Create visually elevated and brand-aligned events and digital programs that deliver on our promise to provide connection, inspiration, and clarity for the rising generation of business owners
As the operational lead, you will own and plan Female Founder World's annual, 1,000-person Summit in New York City
Own and plan ongoing IRL event experiences including founder dinners, coffee shop coworking meetups, live podcast recordings, and speed networking nights
Manage a six-figure budget
Collaborate with the partnership manager, event producer, talent, and designers to ensure we’re meeting sponsor activations
Communicate clearly and regularly with vendors, venues, sponsors, Team FFW, and other stakeholders
Manage project plans and schedules and communicate updates
Source and manage vendors alongside our event producer
Be on-site during events to oversee load in and out
Deliver post-event analytics for sponsors and Team FFW
Build out the Coffee Shop Coworking event series for FFW members with ambassadors and city leads
Project manage partnership schedules
-
Have a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality. When it comes to live events, we all do what it takes to make sure the show goes on
Are genuinely obsessed with startups, investing, internet culture, and brands
Have experience leading and project managing large-scale events (400+ people) with six-figure budget, but know how to leverage partnerships and contra deals to pull together meetups and smaller community moments with little budget
Thrive in startup environments, pivot when needed, and move quickly without needing constant direction
Are highly organized and live-and-breathe your project management spreadsheets
Are an excellent communicator and know how to keep sponsors, talent, vendors, and the internal team up-to-date on deadlines and deliverables

We don’t wait to be told what to do. High agency isn’t a nice-to-have, it’s a must. We own outcomes, not tasks, and we'd rather you try something and course-correct than wait around to be told what to do.
We’re obsessed with startups, brands, and business. We're all genuinely obsessed with startups, investing, brands, internet culture and entrepreneurship, and we love to yap about what's happening in the world of business and culture.
We’re adaptable. We’re merging startups with live events, two highly unpredictable categories. In our world, the situation changes often and we’re comfortable adapting and shifting plans to meet new challenges. FFW isn’t a fit for anyone who is uncomfortable with change and newness.
We own the outcome. Everyone here is great at what they do, constantly learning and striving to be better at their craft, and takes full ownership of their work and its impact. We will give you plenty of opportunities to create career-defining work, and expect you to rise to it.
We over communicate. Working remotely means things can get missed in the deluge of emails and Slack messages. We make sure the important updates get through to the right people and expectations are set early and regularly. We deliver bad news quickly and honestly. There’s no blame or ego, we’re honest with each other and those in our community who trust us with their money, time and reputations.
Trust is the currency here. The team is small and remote, the mission is outsized, and every person carries genuine responsibility to own their outcomes and do what they say they’ll do. We won’t hover or micromanage. We’ll trust you. Don’t make us regret it.

OVERVIEW
Female Founder World sits at the intersection of content, community and experiences to build the platform fuelling the growth of a rising generation of entrepreneurs. We are looking for an experienced content producer to join the core team and report directly to the founder, managing content across Female Founder World and Jasmine Garnsworthy’s personal brand. This is Jasmine’s first full time hire and a real seat on the founding team, and a chance to set the standard for what it looks like to build a creator-led media company.
You’ll get first hand experience building a media company from the ground up—expect to be in meetings with Jasmine, attending events globally, and pushing the boundaries of what it means to build a creator-led media and events company.
You must live and breathe social media and inherently understand how to turn ideas and events into narratives that can travel across platforms. We’re building towards a big 2027 and Jasmine is locking the team in place who can carry the business forward into a huge growth period.
As Female Founder World’s content producer you will manage the editorial calendar to pitch, deeply research and produce daily business content on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and email. You will package and translate longform video content from our chart-topping show to thrive on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and email, and contribute original content with a distinctly FFW POV. Expect varied days, fast turn-arounds on breaking news, a collaborative environment, and a space to create career-defining work.
You will work directly with the founder and CEO, and collaborate with a team of contractors and freelancers across timezone.

You have high agency and spot content opportunities before you’re asked. You can take concepts from ideation to publishing and reporting with minimal supervision.
You take full ownership over everything you do.
You are obsessed with the world of startups, creators, brands, and internet culture.
You think big and know how to turn ideas into action.
You challenge the content brief, always stretching yourself to create something extraordinary over expected.
You have excellent instincts and taste when it comes to editorial and content.
